About the COC

Each year the section comes together two times before Conclave to plan, set the budget, and approve various things for Conclave. Anyone and everyone is invited, normally it is a very low attendance meeting because of the content that is normally discussed. If you are interested in coming please get approval from your lodge advisor first, so we can have an accurate count of how many people will be there. Normally the first meeting of the year is held at Boxwell Scout Reservation outside of Nashville, and the second one is onsite where ever the conclave might be. This year we have a great opportunity to have both meetings at Boxwell because that is where Conclave 2010 is going to be. The dates of these meeting will soon be announced along with the agendas. After each meeting is adjourned please look forward to the minutes of the meeting so you can see how conclave will go! We are going to plan a great year!
