This year Conclave will be held at Camp Boxwell in the Middle East Tennessee council. The camp is just outside of Nashville and their camp is perfect to host Conclave this year. There are a lot of new and exciting changes that are in the works and it looks like this is going to be a great Conclave.
The section leadership has been working diligently the entire year to prepare for it, along with the host lodge, Wa-Hi-Nasa. This page has information regarding this years Conclave including how to register online and directions. Bring Your Own Tent! Wa-Hi-Nasa will not be providing camp tents, Arrowmen are required to bring their own tents. Trading Post Items Trading post items will be sold on-site. To get the best items first though, pre-register online by clicking here. Online Registration This year we are trying out online registrations. Most of the lodges have agreed to take part in this and you can do it too! Registration online takes less than five minutes and will save you the trouble of mailing in a form. To register, click here and read the instructions below: 1. Click "Sign On" 2. Select "To continue without sign on click here..." 3. Add your name and click on "Continue." 4. Section SR6 University This year, the training committee has developed a new way to host training. They have setup a college based system that includes five different programs. When an Arrowmen completes his first year in a program, he will receive a bachelors degree. Arrowmen have the opportunity to come back the next Conclave and take the same program, but more advance classes to obtain a masters degree, and then later on a PhD in that program. Be sure to get in contact with your lodge leadership to sign up for classes, or select them when you register online! Arrowmen must pre-register.
